Spring is a great time to focus on your nutrition. As the weather warms up, we tend to crave lighter, fresher foods, like salads and smoothies. This is great news as there is an abundance of season ripe fruits and vegetables that we can consume. Try, where possible, to eat whole food that is locally sourced to ensure it is fresh and full of essential nutrients.
It’s easy to hibernate over the Winter months, but now is the time to reconnect with others and be social. Sharing time and experiences with old and new friends will have a huge positive effect on your mental wellbeing .

But it’s important to make time for self-care, whether that means practicing meditation or simply spending time in nature, it’s important to take time for yourself too.
