Our New Patient experience is tailored to uncover the underlying causes of your concerns and develop a personalised plan for your recovery. This comprehensive process consists of two appointments scheduled over two days.
*Like any specialist, your first day 1 and day 2 appointments are based around the initial consultation and the report of findings where we get to the bottom of your condition.
Provided it's suitable for your condition and your body is ready to receive chiropractic care, you can start chiropractic treatment at the end of your day 2 appointment.
All chiropractic treatments, starting with your first, are charged separately. You can choose between pay-as-you-go chiropractic treatments or a discounted block of treatments (care plan).
On booking today, you will choose a date and time for your day 1 appointment. Our receptionist will then contact you to choose a date and time for your complimentary day 2 appointment (at no extra charge).
If you have private health insurance that covers chiropractic, our team are registered with the following providers.
If you wish to claim your first visit through one of the below providers, please book in by phone (not online) by calling: 020 8898 3936.
A few of the common questions we get asked about treatments at the SYNERGY clinic.
No, you will have your first treatment on your second visit. Provided treatment is suitable for your condition and your body is ready to receive chiropractic care. Care plans and treatments are charged for separately following the appointment.
After your initial assessment, your chiropractor will always provide you with a recommendation based on your need. The majority of our clients initially come to us to help with their pain/injury. In this scenario we will always base our plans on how we can help reduce the pain significantly before looking into how we can help prevent these issues from reoccurring in the longer term.
This question can only truly be answered following an initial consultation. However, if your pain is related to joints, muscles and nerves then the answer is yes! We are an experienced team who are used to dealing with many neuro-musculoskeletal complaints. We are always happy to chat through any questions you may have prior to booking an appointment.
You should bring comfortable clothing that you can move in easily. You may be asked to remove items of clothing depending on the body part we need to work on, so it is always useful to bring a pair of shorts and perhaps a vest top for the ladies.
All of our chiropractors are licensed and registered health providers, making them eligible for recognition by most insurance companies. If you intend to use your private health insurance to cover your sessions, it's important to take the following steps:
Contact Your Provider: Before booking your appointment, please reach out to your insurance provider directly. Each provider has different policies and procedures for claims, so it's crucial to confirm if your visits will be covered.
Collect Necessary Information: Your insurance provider may provide you with a specific claim procedure or issue a claim number. This information will be essential for us to process your claim efficiently.
Invoice Submission: Some insurers require you to submit an invoice after your visit. We can provide you with the necessary documentation for this purpose.
If you plan to use health insurance to cover your visits, please don't hesitate to call us at 020 8898 3936. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process and ensure a seamless experience.
We accept card payments only.
As per our cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule or cancel your session we require 24 hours advance notice so that we have the chance to offer this appointment to anyone who may need it. Cancelling an appointment within 24 hours will result in you being charged half the cost of your session. A missed appointment will result in you being charged the full fee.
Amazingly we can offer a small amount of free parking at the clinic (a real rarity in Twickenham!). You will receive full details of how you get into our car park in your booking confirmation email. However, due to limited parking, we do ask that if you can walk/cycle (movement in medicine, after all!) that, you please do so. There is also the Holly Road car park, a 3-minute walk away (again, we love to encourage walking wherever possible), where you can get 30 minutes of free parking if you are a Richmond Cardholder.
You can either call us on 020 8898 3936 or book online here. You can also email us at info@synergy-clinic.co.uk
