Our New Patient experience is tailored to uncover the underlying causes of your concerns and develop a personalised plan for your recovery. This comprehensive process consists of two appointments scheduled over two days.

STEP 1

LET'S GET TO KNOW YOU

Before your first visit, we’ll ask you to complete a short form.

This helps us get a clear understanding of why you’re visiting us, so we’re fully prepared to make the most of your time in the clinic.

Step 2

Day 1

Your Consultation

In your first appointment, we’ll take the time to talk through your health concerns, what you’re experiencing, and how it’s affecting your day-to-day life.

We’ll ask questions to better understand what’s going on and carry out a thorough assessment of your spine, nervous system, joints and muscles.

This allows us to get to the root of the issue and decide on the most appropriate care options moving forward.

Step 3

Day 2

Your Results & First Adjustment

We’ll schedule your second visit—your results session—before you leave your initial appointment, ideally within the next couple of days.

Here, we’ll clearly explain what we’ve found, how we can help, what your care plan looks like, and the associated costs.

If you’re happy to get started, your first adjustment* will take place during this visit.

STEP 4

Moving Forward With Your Care

Before you leave, we’ll provide simple guidance to support your progress at home—this might include using ice or heat and avoiding certain movements.

Whenever appropriate, we’ll also give you specific exercises tailored to your needs that you can practise between visits.

These small but important steps help your body adapt, heal, and get the most out of your care.

To keep things on track, we’ll schedule your future appointments before you go—at times that work best for you.

*Like any specialist, your first day 1 and day 2 appointments are based around the initial consultation and the report of findings where we get to the bottom of your condition.

Provided it's suitable for your condition and your body is ready to receive chiropractic care, you can start chiropractic treatment at the end of your day 2 appointment.

All chiropractic treatments, starting with your first, are charged separately. You can choose between pay-as-you-go chiropractic treatments or a discounted block of treatments (care plan).

On booking today, you will choose a date and time for your day 1 appointment. Our receptionist will then contact you to choose a date and time for your complimentary day 2 appointment (at no extra charge).
